“Burnt Tortillas” is an original production on the life of Venerable Alphonse Gallegos. The production follows the many joys and pains the “Bishop of the Barrio” endured from his early years into adulthood. The show starts at 1pm on Saturday February 11, 2023, in the Sierra 2 Center.
